Eleven, of which seven are at 100% and have been for over a month. Those seven are not flags any more, they are dead branches with a config lookup in front of them.

Low for six. The seventh, admin_export_v2, is at 100% but still has an override list with three workspaces pinned to the old path. Deleting it silently moves those three, which is the kind of change that surfaces as a support ticket a week later.

Clear them, watch those three for a day, then delete all seven in one commit. The other four are still genuinely ramping and should stay.
